Any chance you might a "video chat with sales" feature in addition to the "chat with sales" feature that's already up? I think that might be a fun thing to participate in...if I had enough data, that is!

Sure, it would be fun to see the reps you're chatting with. I'd want an IM option, too, though. If I have a problem late at night or early in the morning, I don't want to frighten these people with my appearance!

This all may be true, but I think an IM chat works just as well as a video chat. Unless, of course, you just don't know how to explain your problem in words and want to show someone the issue you're having.
