Password trouble

When trying to setup the service on the iPhone I am using my mail2web password and it keeps telling me it is not a valid password.

Does the error specifically mention the password, or does it mention username and password? You may wish to try resetting your password from https://support.mail2web.com and see if that helps.

Thanks for your response I figured out the password problem but I need your help with something else.

I want mail2web to push my regular email, contacts and calendars events from Outlook 2007 to my iPhone and from my iPhone back to Outlook 2007. Can this be done? If so how? I am currently signed up on the trial basis with mail2web but left my credit card number and phone number and thought someone was supposed to call and help me set up. I have been trying to do it on my own for a couple of days and can't figure it out. Help.

Yes this can be done. You can configure your mail2web Mobile Email Pro account in Outlook 2007 as an "Exchange Account" and the result is full synchronization from Outlook to your account. Similarly if you add your account in your iPhone as a Microsoft Exchange account, you can get full Email, Contacts and Calendar synchronization.
