Sent Items not displayed
When I send an email message from my account, I expect to see this message in the Sent Items folder. Is that unreasonable? When I replied to an incoming message from my Blackberry, the message did appear in Sent Items, but not when I send a message using my Macintosh with the Safari web browser. Can you help with this?

Hello David,
When you are sending email from Safari, are you using Outlook Web Access or our mail2web Webmail?
If you are using the OWA, you should definately see your Sent Items. If you are not, please get in touch with our Customer Support team so they can analyze your Business Exchange account to see what the problem may be.
If you are just using mail2web Webmail, then it is because it does not have this feature. It is outlined as question #4 in our Top 10 Questions about mail2web Webmail.
I would recommend you switch over to using the OWA for your Business Exchange account instead, it is more fully featured for Hosted Exchange users such as yourself.

Going with OWA works great! I was unaware of that option, and I'm so used to Microsoft products not working on the Mac.

I used to have problems with Microsoft products on the Mac, too, but I think overall they work a lot better now.
