Outlook 2007 Error

Followed the mail2web Oulook 2007 instructions. When I open Outlook after the setup, I get the following error,

"cannot start microsoft office outlook. cannot open the outlook window. the set of folders cannot be opened. you must connect to the microsoft exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file."

Please Help!

Forgot to mention, I have tried all the suggestion on the internet.
1. Deleting existing OST files.
2. Outlook.exe /resetnavpane
3. DefConnectOpts registry entry

Is there any error message when you run this?
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE"/resetnavpane

Hi there,

Usually the issue is caused by a damaged OST file. You mentioned you tried that one already, but perhaps missed the correct file? You might try removing the mail profile, clearing out the OST file(s), then setup your profile from scratch.
