getting rid of rootkits
How do you know if your computer has been infected with rootkits? I hear they can go undetected for a long time. And what's the best way of getting rid of rootkits?

The people developing rootkits are smart and financially motivated to design rootkits that evade detection. The problem is rootkits aren’t generic, so a scanner that works for one occasion may not work another time.
