    Default "You have no messages"

    Hi there,

Am having a problem with a particular POP3 account, whenever I try to access the account using mail2web I get the message "You have no messages" although I know there are unread messages on the account.

I have tried using mail2web for other accounts on the domain and they work fine.

I have checked the POP3 settings for the account and mails are definitely left on the server even if they are viewed using a POP3 client. (To confirm this I have tried logging in from a different POP3 client after being told by web2mail that "You have no messages" and confirmed messages are there and would be downloaded to the POP3 client).

I have had a look thru the wiki and the customer support pages but similar problems/advice has always been to check the POP3 setting to ensure message are left on the host server, which in this case I have already checked.

    Thanks for any help

Have you tried the Advanced Login feature on mail2web.com? It could be it requires very specific settings to view properly. It's also possible that any single pop3 connection you've created could remove mail off the server. The only way to know 100% for sure would be to connect a completely new pop3 email software and see if anything comes down or contact your provider to ensure mail is on the server.
