Default Bes and bis simultaneously

This is secont time and hope this time the message will not disappear...

1) I have a main email address with Exchange Server + Blackberry Service on mail2web. This is running well and tnks.
2) I have a domain with another 2 POP3 email addresses with myhosting and I want to receive these emails on Blackberry.

I have added the 2 other POP3 addresses on the Blackberry Internet Page as for common rules.
First issue : these emails only arrive in the Blackberry after I have Downloaded them with Outlook 2007 in my Desktop PC... Why?
I tryed to make forwarding these 2 POP3 addresses to my main email but do not work... Why?
So I only can receive these emails after dowloaded them from a computer.. Really strange!
And also when I have received the email I can not reply with the same address where they have been directed because the BES only allow me to reply with the main address.
I have seen on the net that many people have both BES and BIS and all work fine.
With BIS address any POP3 email have his separate mailbox and users can reply with the same address as they have received the message.
But to have BES and BIS togheter the BES server must release a IT policy to allow this on the blackberry device.
So that finally,.....Can somebody from mail2web company help me modifying the BES IT policy to allow me receive the 2 other mailboxes using the normal BIS Blackberry service??
Any other user have experienced a similar issue in forwarding emails from myhosting to amil2web??
ANybody can help ????

Tnks
a lot

Stefano

Still not possible to have BIS and BES simultaneously..
My phone company (TIM Italy) still ask me to check with the exchange server owner to make integrate the BES with the BIS services.

Can you please check for it?

Tnks

I've tested with another account on the same server/service and I'm not hitting any roadblocks in adding additional mailboxes via BIS on a BES activated blackberry.

Where specifically are you getting stuck in your attempts?

Has your device been activated with another BES service previously? If so, it may be that some of those IT policies have carried over and that a factory reset of your device and reactivation of your BES service may be the resolution (be sure to make a backup before issuing a factory reset).
