Spam filters alter message subject by adding "*****SPAM****" labels.
This destroys threaded discussions (conversations) in Outlook.
Please, do not alter the message subject of the messages, it creates more problems than it solves.

email aggregation - should have options
When I set my owa up, I was given choices as to how my aggregation should work. I chose to aggregate, but leave a copy of my messages on my server. This option works extremely well for me. I have recommended owa to business associates, but the options are no longer available.

Contact Management - Sync with Outlook etc
This may have already been suggested, you may already have something, but nevertheless, here is my suggestion.
Now that Plaxo have made the Outlook sync part of the premium service (you have to pay), a replacement service could be offered by yourselves.

More Log-out Points
More log-out points for the mail2web webmail service would be convenient.
After deleting messages from my email account, the following message appears:
"Selected messages have been deleted."
Then there is a link to return to the Inbox:
"Check for new mail".
I would actually like the option to log out of mail2web right from this page and avoid one more server call.
