I purchased 2 copies of the software May 2010 - it worked great until my hard drive crashed - 4Team refused to reset my activation and wants me to repurchase the software in order to reactive the version I already have. When I installed the demo version, I realized my Contacts had not been fully updating on gmail! So they got me really good a double whammy! Don't be suckered too, learn from my mistake.
