We have been unable to get into our emails earlier today and now. Is there a problem?

Greetings, Our maintenance is complete and there are no issues with mail2web.com. You may wish to contact your email service provider (I believe it is Godaddy.com) to determine if there are any issues with your email service from them.

I am unable to receive any e-mails today – since 3:20 AM. This is Sunday June 14th.

Is there any reason for this?

I’m with prexar.com in Maine with a dial up and at my daughter for a birth. I can not get my mail through the web as I should be able to do.It did work the first day I was up here but yesterday morning all stop working.I plan to be here over a week so my mail needs to be fixed. The phone number on this site goes to message which is no help to people who travel and have a problem. What is going on and can you please have someone fix the contact of collecting mail from your website.
Thank you,
Doris

I believe you both have email services with prexar.com. We are unnaffiliated with them and do not provide their email service. Our http://mail2web.com application allows you to check your email account from the web, but we are not performing any maintenance. I would suggest you get in touch with your Email Provider and ask them if they are having any troubles.

Hello,
This is on the prexar get your mail site. Why would this be on prexar web site if you don’t handle prexar mail? Please make this a better program for traveling folks. Correct info and a person contact for problem would help.
Thank you for your assistance,
Doris

Hello Doris,

mail2web.com can be used to check any email account from any provider that allows pop3 or imap4 access. This does not mean that we are the service provider, but only that you can check your email service using our web site. It would seem that there is a problem with Prexar as you are not the only user with issues. I found some contact information for them, please give them a call:

http://www.prexar.com

Thanks,
Tim

Sorry, I’m not familiar with them and both sites appear to be down. If their mail servers are offline there isn’t anything mail2web.com can do to check your email.
