How do I add contacts to my contact list?
Answer:
To add contacts to a contact list, you must have a mail2web.com Personal Webmail. Click here to sign up for a mail2web.com Free Services account.
You can add contacts to your contact list either by [../HelpFree/Article.asp?url=Documents%2Fcontacts%2Fhow%2520do%2520i%2520use%2520a%2520csv%2520file%2520to%2520import%2520contacts%2Ehtml&Category=Contacts using a CSV file] or by adding them manually, one at a time.
To add them manually, follow these instructions:
First, you must go to your control panel at https://support.mail2web.com and log into your account.
Click on Free Services, then mail2web.com Personal Webmail and then My Address Book.
Click on the Add New Contact link. Next, enter your contact's information into the appropriate fields. Press the Add button to save your changes, and click on the Back To My Address Book link to go back. To add additional email addresses for a particular contact, you must enter it in the Contact's other emails field and press the Add button. The Update button will not save any information typed into the Contact's other emails field. When you add additional email addresses, a Remove link will appear to the right of it. Click this button if you wish to remove the address from the contact.
Your contact will then appear in the contact list. Click on the link in the First Name column to make any changes. Note that only information in the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields will be displayed in your contact list. You will have to click on the link in the First Name column to view phone and fax numbers.
