How do I get mail2web.com to talk to my email server?

Note: This message is intended for advanced users or network administrators who are having troubles getting mail2web.com from connecting to their mail servers.

mail2web.com accesses POP3 mail servers on the standard POP3 port, 110 and it accesses IMAP mail servers on port 143. If your mail server is behind a firewall, the firewall may be blocking access to these ports. You will need to configure your firewall to allow access for the mail2web.com IP class at 168.144.*.* to access your mail server through port 110 and port 143. Below is a simple diagram to illustrate the issue.
