The Exchange anti-SPAM filter can be adjusted on a per-user basis under Manage Accounts by clicking on Edit beside Move SPAM Email.

All emails are scored by our Anti-SPAM system based on various clues found in the email body or header, and are assigned a score from 0 to 10. The lower the score, the less likely the email is to be a SPAM.

Therefore, if you want your Anti-SPAM setting to be more sensitive, you can adjust your setting down. This will increase the number of emails caught by the SPAM filter, but will also increase the chance of non-SPAM being moved to your SPAM folder.

If you want your Anti-SPAM setting to be less sensitive, you can adjust your setting up. This will decrease the number of emails caught by the SPAM filter, and increase the chance that SPAM won't be filtered into your SPAM folder.

We recommend starting with a setting of 5, and adjust it up or down to suit your needs.
