How can I cancel my Free Services Account?

Answer:

Since there is no cost associated with a Free Services account, there is no way to fully cancel your account. However, accounts which are inactive for 6 months are automatically removed from mail2web.com. If there is no access to your mail2web.com Personal Webmail, Chat Service or Control Panel within 6 months, your account will automatically be deactivated.

If you want to prevent deactivation of your account, simply log into your email account from your Personal Webmail(www.mail2web.com/your_custom_name), use your Chat Service, or log into your control panel (https://support.mail2web.com) at least once every 6 months.
