Can I change the FROM address on my mail2web Mobile Email or mail2web Mobile Email Pro account?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to change the Primary From Address of your account. To change the Primary From Address, you must first add a Alternate Email Address for your account.
If I change my FROM address, does that change my login information?
Answer: You can use the Set Primary FROM Address feature to change the FROM address on your account. However, you should continue to log in to your account using your mail2web Mobile Email address - this is the email address which appears in your control panel. You should continue to log in to Outlook, the OWA or OMA or by POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP using your original Exchange Email address.
Will changing my FROM Address have any effect on my mail delivery?
Answer: If you change the Primary FROM Address for your Exchange account to a 3rd-party or non-mail2web.com email address, it is possible that this may increase the likelihood of your email being flagged as SPAM at the receiving mail server. This is because the email address in the FROM address does not actually exist on the source mail server (our Exchange server). If you are encountering such problems, we recommend resetting your Primary FROM Address back to your original Exchange Email Address.
