How do I change my Chat Service password?

Answer:

To change your chat password, you will first need to log in to your control panel with your old password. You can log in at https://support.mail2web.com.

Once you have logged in, click on My Account and then choose Reset Password. Then you can select your new password and click Submit to save your changes.

Please note, you'll be required to choose a strong password which is at least 8 characters in length and includes at three of the following criteria:

• An uppercase letter
• A lowercase letter
• A number
• A symbol

Please note, by changing your Chat Service password, you'll also reset your Control Panel password.
