Configure mail2web Mobile Email Pro in Outlook 2010 (Beta)

Note: Outlook 2010 is Compatible with Exchange 2007. You are not required to use Outlook 2007 when connecting to an Exchange 2007 server.

  1. Click Start > Control Panel.
  2. From Control Panel, make sure that ‘View by’ is set to ‘Small Icons’.
  3. Double-click on the ‘Mail’ icon.

  4. Click ‘Show Profiles’.

  5. Click ‘Add’.

  6. Type email address in ‘Profile Name’ field and click ‘OK’.

  7. Select ‘Manually configure server settings’ and click ‘Next’.

  8. Select ‘Microsoft Exchange’ and click ‘Next’.

  9. Enter MS Exchange Server (this info can be located on OWA under Options > About.
  10. Enter full email address in the ‘User Name’ field and click ‘More Settings’.

  11. Enter email address in the ‘Exchange Account’ field.

  12. Select ‘Connect to Exchange using HTTP’ and click ‘Exchange Proxy Settings’.

  13. Enter ‘ex7.mail2web.com’ in the ‘Connection settings’ field. Select ‘Connect using SSL’, ‘On fast networks’ and ‘On slow networks’. Select ‘Basic Authetication’ and click ‘OK’. (twice).

  14. The ‘User Name’ field may be blank, be sure to re-enter in the email address and click ‘Next’.

  15. Enter password of email address and click ‘OK’.

  16. Click ‘Finish’ and start Outlook to access email.
