With mail2web Mobile Email or mail2web Mobile Email Pro, you can set up your account to receive email from another email address. You can even set the FROM address to appear as your other email address. This can be done using two different methods.
After the email arrives at your account, you can even reply using your old email address in the FROM line!

Forwarding or Collecting Your Email
Method 1: Forward your email to mail2web.com
- Sign up for a mail2web Mobile Email account with any name you want.
- After your account has been activated, you can forward your email from your existing email account to your mail2web Mobile Email address. And you can do this for any email account that supports forwarding, be it your company email address or your ISP email address.
Method 2: Have mail2web.com collect your email for you
- Sign up for a mail2web Mobile Email account with any name you want.
- Log in to you account using Outlook Web Access at http://ex7.mail2web.com/live.
- Click on "My Email Settings" and then go to the "Email Aggregations” section and click “Edit".
- You will be prompted to enter your email account credentials for your old email account, or enter a confirmation code. Then you can configure your email aggregation.
After you have completed these steps, the email from your old email account, be it your company email address, ISP email address or any other email address, will be automatically moved to your mail2web Mobile Email account!
Sending Email From Your Old Account
And whenever you are sending email from your mobile device, you can still send it FROM your old email address.
- Log in to you account using Outlook Web Access at http://ex7.mail2web.com/live.
- Click on "My Email Settings" and then go to the "Alternate Email Addresses" section and click "Edit".
- Then you can add your old email address as an Alternate for your mail2web Mobile Email account.
- Next, go back to the "Manage Account" section and in the "Primary From Address" section, click "Edit".
- You can now choose which email address you want your messages to be sent from!
After completing these steps, when you send email from your mobile device with your mail2web Mobile Email account, it will appear to come from the same email address you have always been using, whether it is your company email address, your ISP email address or any other email address.
