What can I do if I forgot my Control Panel Password?

Answer:

If you're not able to remember your password, you can use the Forgot your password? option located at https://support.mail2web.com. Using this option will prompt you for your security question. If you are able to answer the question correctly, you'll be able to reset your password.

Please note, by changing your Control Panel password, you'll also reset your password for any other mail2web.com Free or Premium services associated with your account.

If you're not able to remember the answer to your security question, then we'll need to verify your account by some other method. You will need to contact support@mail2web.com for further assistance.

Please Note: If you only have a Free Services account and did not provide us with your contact email address, then we will not be able to provide you with the password. In this case the only option would be to sign up for a new mail2web.com Free Services account with a different username.
