When uploading a large file to your Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site, you may experience a timeout. This error will only occur when using the Single File Uploader.

If you have Office 2003 installed on your PC, using the Multiple File Uploader will allow you to upload the file.

For users who do not have Office 2003, we recommend splitting up the file into smaller pieces.
