Intelligent Login vs Advanced Login
From mail2web.com Wiki
What is the difference between Intelligent Login and Advanced Login?
Answer: When using the default Intelligent Login, mail2web.com will try to guess what the location of the user's email service is by looking at the email address entered by the user (e.g. username@xxxxx.xxx)
What happens is that mail2web.com has 5 seconds to try and guess the POP3 server information. It tries to connect to for 5 seconds, then smtp.xxxxx.xxx for 5 seconds, followed by pop.xxxxx.xxx and so on for 5 seconds. If it does not connect to the correct mail server in those 5 seconds the user will not be able to connect on that try.
Advanced Login provides the user with the ability to manually enter their POP3 server information and thereby give mail2web.com a better chance of connecting with the user's mail server. To do this, you will need your POP3 server information; if you do not know it, and Intelligent Login does not successfully connect to your server, please contact your email service provider for that information.
Advanced Login also allows the user to indicate if she or he is using IMAP4, and whether or not he or she wishes to use an SSL secure connection.
