Your Earthlink mail servers may be set up to delete all emails that have been picked up.  To modify your Earthlink account's setting, please go to http://webmail.earthlink.net/ and enter your email address and password.  After you've logged in, click on Options - Settings.  Here you can modify your mailbox settings.  Please select "Yes" on the "leave mail on server" option.
