Clicking your web browser's Reload or Refresh button should ensure that the page being displayed is not an older, cached version of your inbox. However, if you want to permanently prevent your inbox from being cached (and hence see a fresh version of the page each time you visit), you will have to configure your web browser to not cache web pages. To do this, use the following instructions.

MS Internet Explorer users:

Go to Tools, Internet Options, and then under the General tab, look for the Temporary Internet Files section and click on the Settings button. This will open a window that says "Check for newer versions of stored pages" at the top. Make sure that the "every visit to the page" option is selected and press OK. Note that this will affect every webpage you visit, not just mail2web.com.

Netscape:

Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences. On the left hand side of the preferences window is the Category list. Click on the "+" sign of the Advanced section, and choose 'Cache'. Set the pages in the cache to be compared "Every time I view the page," and press OK. Note that this will affect every webpage you visit, not just mail2web.com.
