Removing iPhone Exchange profile when using Script

Some customers use the automatic configuration, using the script we provide in the control panel. You cannot remove this type profile using the regular (Settings>Mail, Contact, Calender>Exchange Account>Delete account) instructions to remove the exchange profile settings. When using the autoconfig, the option to remove profile is not there. To remove this type of profile:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to General

3. Go to Profile

4. Click on the profile and then click on Remove and you will get a warning like before. note: *ALSO, BY REMOVING THIS PROFILE YOU WILL ALSO REMOVE THE CERTIFICATES and WIFI/VPN settings that the profile may also had included.
