How can I reset my Control Panel password?

Answer:

To reset your password, you will first need to log in to your control panel with your old password. You can log in at https://support.mail2web.com.

Once you have logged in, click on My Account and then choose Reset Password. Then you can select your new password and click Submit to save your changes.

Please note, you'll be required to choose a strong password which is at least 8 characters in length and includes at three of the following criteria:

  • An uppercase letter
  • A lowercase letter
  • A number
  • A symbol

If you're not able to remember your password, you can use the Forgot your password? option. Using this option will prompt you for your security question. If you are able to answer the question correctly, you'll be able to reset your password.

Please note, by changing your Control Panel password, you'll also reset your password for any other mail2web.com Free or Premium services associated with your account.
