The spelling checker built into Outlook Web Access provides you with the ability to check your spelling using language-specific dictionaries in any of the following languages 13 languages:
- Arabic
- Catalan
- Danish
- Dutch
- English (Australia, Canada, UK, USA)
- Finnish
- French (France)
- German (post-reform, pre-reform)
- Hebrew
- Italian
- Korean
- Norwegian (Bokml, Nynorsk)
- Portugese (Portugal, Brasil)
- Spanish
- Swedish
Please Note: You must be logged into the Premium version of the OWA (using Internet Explorer) to access the Spell Check feature.
To select a language-specific dictionary, please follow the instructions below:
- In Outlook Web Access (Premium), select Options.
- Under Spelling Options, select a language from the drop-down list.
