If you decide you require an additional level of service, it is possible to upgrade your mail2web Basic account to a mail2web Mobile Email or mail2web Mobile Email Pro account. Some of the additional features included with mail2web Mobile Email include Mobile Device support with ActiveSync, support for POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP, the ability to add additional disk space and an option for importing contacts to your account. mail2web Mobile Email Pro also includes a free license for Outlook 2007 or Entourage 2008, as well as the MAPI and RPC over HTTPS access required to configure your account in Outlook.

To upgrade your account, please log into your control panel at https://support.mail2web.com, click on Free Services, then select mail2web Basic and then click Edit located to the right of the plan type.
