Apple Mail
1. Open the email.
2. Click on View and then Message and finally Long Headers.
Entourage
1. Open the email.
2. Click on View and then “Internet Headers”.
Microsoft Outlook 2003
1. Select the email and right-click the message without opening it, then click "Options" from the drop-down menu.
2. There is a box called "Internet headers" which includes the email headers.
Microsoft Outlook 2007
1. Right-click on the email.
2. From the drop down menu, choose “Message Options”.

Microsoft Outlook 2010
1. Double-click on the email to open it in a new window.
2. Then click on the File menu
3. Click on Properties
4. Then view the Internet Headers
Mozilla Thunderbird
1. Choose the email.
2. In the menu bar at the top, choose View, and then Message source.
3. In the window that appears, the first section before the actual email content is the email headers.
Outlook Express
1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Right click on the email, with the headers you want to view.
3. In the drop down menu, choose "Properties".
4. Click on the "Detail" tab and you will be able to see the E-Mail header.
Windows Mail/Windows Live Mail
1. Right click on the email.
2. Click Properties in the drop down menu.
3. Click on the details tab.
